We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in marketing, mental health and fintech.Position Overview: We’re seeking a PPC expert with at least 3+ years of relevant experience for a brilliant growth marketing agency based in the US. As part of this, you’ll support ongoing Google Ads activations for key clients, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. You’ll work closely with paid search and the wider team to manage day-to-day optimizations, asset preparation, and performance checks during busy periods.Role type Full-time and fully remote (3pm - 12am IST)Salary range ₹10L - ₹15L per yearWhat you'll do:Your role will involve: Creating new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts while supporting the development of innovative paid marketing initiatives. Optimizing campaigns through ongoing bid adjustments, budget management, testing (A/B, split, and multivariate), creative refinement, and landing page improvements to drive higher CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Conducting thorough competitor analysis to stay ahead. Recommending and implementing tactics for identifying keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other elements of paid search to meet organizational goals. Preparing and presenting detailed campaign performance reports using analytics dashboards and reporting tools, highlighting key insights, progress, and actionable recommendations for both management and clients. Implementing various testing methods, including A/B, split, and multivariate tests across all accounts. Collaborating closely with key departments and managers, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Staying informed about current with PPC trends, and adapting strategies in response to changing market dynamics.Key requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, activations, and ongoing optimizations. Expertise in PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, Google Display Network, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Comfortable managing weekly campaign activations, asset preparation, and sales readiness tasks, especially during high-volume periods like Black Friday. Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding, budgeting, and performance tracking within Google Ads. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and convey complex ideas. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
