Job Description – SAP BASISNEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLYKey Responsibilities: Lead a team of SAP BASIS Developers/Administrators, providing technical guidance and mentoring. Interact with customers to help them understand requirements for SAP implementations, interfaces with other systems, and integrations with external partners. Manage end-to-end SAP system implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project methodologies, technical standards, and quality assurance processes. Manage team resources, workload allocation, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on technical support for SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java systems, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and other SAP products. Implement SAP Notes, patches, Enhancement Pack Upgrades, and Kernel Upgrades as required. Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10 to 15+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record in leading SAP system implementation projects, including S/4HANA migrations or upgrades. Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java systems, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and cloud integration scenarios. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. SAP certifications in Basis administration or relevant areas are preferred.
