The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Python, SQL, data modeling, and data visualization using Power BI, with exposure to Azure cloud services being a plus.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support data analytics and machine learning initiatives.- Design and implement data models that support business intelligence and reporting needs.- Work closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to build dashboards and reports using Power BI.- Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.- Leverage Python for data processing, automation, and integration of machine learning models.- Assist in the development and operationalization of predictive models where needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and Skills & Qualifications : - Proficient in Python for data analysis and scripting.- Strong skills in SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server experience.- Experience in data modeling and handling large datasets.- Exposure to machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas).- Strong analytical skills and experience using Power BI, including DAX and data visualization best practices.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and to Have (Good to Have, Not Mandatory) : - Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Blob Storage.- Understanding of cloud-based data architecture and deployment practices.- Experience working in agile or DevOps Background : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related Join Us?- Work on impactful data-driven projects.- Collaborative and innovative team environment.- Opportunities to learn and grow in cloud and ML technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
