Job Title : Python Developer (FastAPI)Experience : 36 YearsLocation : BangaloreAbout The RoleWe are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with 36 years of experience, who has hands-on expertise in building scalable backend services using FastAPI.As part of our backend engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance APIs and services.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI)- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability- Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party services- Ensure the best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve development processesKey Requirements :- 3-6 years of experience in backend development- Strong proficiency in Python, with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in FastAPI- Experience with RESTful API design and development- Good understanding of asynchronous programming in Python- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
