Description :Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced React.JS + Next.JS Manager to lead our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical skills with proven leadership experience to build, optimize, and scale modern web :- Lead and mentor a team of 1015 front-end developers.- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.JS and Next.JS.- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing.- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently.- Stay updated with latest front-end frameworks and tools.Requirements :- 10+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.- Strong expertise in React.JS, Redux, Next.JS, and Component-based Architecture (JSX).- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Storybook, and TypeScript.- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and object models.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON Web Tokens (JWT).- Experience with front-end tools: Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern React workflows (Flux / Redux).- Experience with Git or other version control systems.- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.- Experience delivering high-performance, accessible front-end solutions.
