Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Automation Tester with strong expertise in the GTUI (Guidewire Test UI) Automation Framework to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating tests for Guidewire applications such as Policy Center, with deep understanding of P&C Insurance workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using GTUI Framework for Guidewire applications.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand functional and technical requirements.

- Ensure test coverage for end-to-end workflows across Guidewire modules.

- Create and maintain reusable test components and utilities for test automation.

- Execute automated regression and smoke tests as part of CI/CD pipelines.

- Identify and document defects clearly and follow through to resolution.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Continuously enhance the GTUI automation framework with best practices and reusable components.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior automation testers on the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with GTUI (Guidewire Test UI).

- Strong understanding of Guidewire Suite : PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter.

- Proficient in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver.

- Experience with TestNG, Maven/Gradle, Git, and Jenkins.

- Familiarity with REST API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

- Knowledge of insurance business processes in the P&C (Property and Casualty) domain.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
