Test Automation Specialist

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to verify the functionality, performance, and scalability of our software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans and test cases accordingly. - Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable efficient testing and delivery of software updates. - Identify and prioritise test scenarios based on risk analysis and business impact. - Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. - Mentor junior members of the QA team and provide technical guidance on testing best practices and automation techniques. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and test automationRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript. - Proficiency in test tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, PlayWright - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Circle CI, or GitLab CI. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
