In Cinema, OTT, Television, Music, Sports, Digital, and Regional, we exclusively represent the largest portfolio of talent (Celebrities, influencers, and content creators) across Actors, Script-Writers, Sportspersons, Directors, Producers, Singers, Composers, Comedians, Digital Stars, Authors and more.Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between the talent and external parties such as agents, publicists, brands, event organizers, and media outlets. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the talent including scheduling, logistics, and activations. • Strategize and execute brand partnerships, endorsement deals, and sponsorships including c contract negotiation. • Manage media relations and publicity for the talent, including press releases, interviews, and media appearances. • Oversee social media presence and content strategy, ensuring alignment with the talent’s brand image and objectives. • Handle any crises or controversies that may arise; develop strategies to mitigate negative publicity and manage damage control when necessary. • Monitor and manage the celebrity’s finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring timely payments for services rendered. • Meticulous maintenance of all records, decks, and pitch documents. • Stay up to date on all relevant information in the industry to aid and assist in better opportunities for the talent.Requirements • 4-7 years of experience in talent management, public relations, or a related field, within the entertainment industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Strong networking skills and established relationships with industry contacts. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
