Proficient and Expertise in Technical Skills in video editing software—Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, CapCut, etcDigital Ad Knowledge : Understanding of Direct Response Video Ad Mechanics—hooks, pacing, and CTAs.Platform Expertise: Proven familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts best practices and trends.Portfolio: Must provide examples of high-performing video ads or concept-driven campaigns.Role Focus : Producing short-form, high-converting video content for paid digital advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.The ideal candidate is deeply in tune with social media culture, understands what makes content go viral, and can rapidly produce data-informed, native-feeling ads that drive measurable results—clicks, conversions, and ROAS.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & IdeationProduction & EditingEnd-to-End ProductionEditing & Motion Graphics: Platform Optimization: Asset Management: Performance & CollaborationData-Driven CreationTeam Collaboration with Media Buying, Creative Strategy, and Brand Talent Direction: 360° Utilization: Plan assets for multiple uses—branding, PPC, and traffic generation across platformsPreferred Skills·        Familiarity with AI tools for video creation (e.g., script/voice generation).·        Background in B2C or D2C performance marketing.
