Job Summary:
TAC Security is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and drive product strategy, development, and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the success of our security products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we meet our business and user needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, innovative cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify and prioritize product features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product specifications and requirements.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery and post-launch enhancements.
- Analyze product performance metrics to assess and refine product success.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to understand needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and technologies is preferred.
- Experience in defining and launching successful products.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Productboard).
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and translate them into product strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in a tech or cybersecurity-focused environment.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
