This role focuses on buildingscalable backend services and AI-driven integrationsusing Python and FastAPI.You will design and implement secure APIs, integrate with AI/LLM systems, and optimize performance for enterprise-grade applications. While this role does not involve building IDEs,familiarity with modern AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor, VS Code with AI plugins)will be considered a plus.Key Responsibilities Design and developbackend servicesusing Python (FastAPI, async). Build and maintainRESTful APIsfor frontend integration (React-based). Integrate withAI/LLM APIs(OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.). Optimize backend forperformance, scalability, and security. Implementauthentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC). Managedatabases (Postgres/MySQL) and caching (Redis). MaintainCI/CD pipelines, testing (pytest), and observability. Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver features end-to-end. Mentor mid-level developers and enforce best practices.Requirements 7–9 yearsprofessional experience in backend development. Strong expertise inPython 3.x, FastAPI, async/await, and modular system design. Hands-on withdatabases, caching, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong knowledge ofAPI design, system architecture, and performance optimization. Experience integratingAI/LLM systemsinto backend workflows. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.Nice-to-Have Familiarity withWindsurf, Cursor, or VS Code AI plugins(usage experience). Knowledge ofGraphQL or WebSocketsfor real-time features. Exposure toenterprise SaaS, developer tools, or security platforms.
