Company Description:PlasmaGen BioSciences Private Limited, established in 2010 in Bengaluru, is Indias first company focused on Plasma Protein Therapeutics.The company is dedicated to addressing the unawareness and wastage of plasma in India by creating awareness among blood banks and managing plasma products.With a mission to bridge the demand and supply of plasma protein products, PlasmaGen improves the health and quality of life for thousands of patients.The company is also committed to raising awareness about rare and genetic diseases and is soon to complete a manufacturing plant in Kolar (Bengaluru) to further this goal.Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Hyderabad.- The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations in the designated region, developing and implementing strategic business plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.- The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities and ensuring compliance with company Strong Sales and Business Development skills.- Experience in Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management.- Knowledge of Market Analysis and Strategic Planning.- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.- Leadership and Team Management abilities.- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
