Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Team Lead / Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, developing HR policies, and ensuring seamless HR operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and transparent work culture.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

- Oversee personnel administration including attendance, payroll coordination, and benefits management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of staff to support business needs and employee satisfaction.

- Analyze HR metrics to monitor trends and propose actionable improvements.

- Drive initiatives for organizational development and employee retention.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

- Proficiency in HR operations, employee relations, and policy development.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

- Prior experience in the skincare, wellness, or consumer service industry will be an added advantage
