Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and working knowledge of Python to join our engineering team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend services using Golang.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Architect, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Ensure code quality by writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in development and production.

- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and suggest process improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6 to 8 years of backend development experience with 4+ years in Golang.

- Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.

- Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with Python for backend tasks.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git version control.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation workflows.
