About KwikMedi : KwikMedi is a health-tech startup transforming healthcare delivery in India. We ensure 30-minute medicine delivery and seamless lab test bookings, connecting patients, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers through a fast, scalable tech-first ecosystem.Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer skilled in React Native, Next.js, Django, AWS, and PostgreSQL to help build and scale our quick-commerce healthcare platform. You will play a key role in architecting high-performance systems and shaping the core technology at KwikMedi.Key Responsibilities : - Build and maintain mobile (React Native) and web (Next.js) applications- Develop scalable backend services using Django & PostgreSQL- Manage AWS infrastructure for deployment, hosting & scaling- Integrate APIs, payment gateways & third-party services- Optimize app performance for speed, reliability & user experience- Collaborate with product, design & operations teams- Ensure security, data protection & compliance best practices- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems- Contribute to product roadmap & architecture decisionsRequired Skills : - 5+ years of proven full-stack development experience- Strong expertise in React Native and Next.js- Solid backend experience with Django/Python- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL (schemas, performance tuning)- Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)- Experience with Git, CI/CD, APIs & microservices- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentGood to Have : - Experience with real-time tracking, maps & logistics APIs- Background in healthcare, e-commerce, or delivery apps- Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectureWhat We Offer : - Opportunity to join the core founding tech team- Competitive salary and equity for the right talent- High ownership and direct impact on product success- Fast-paced learning across quick-commerce & health-tech- Potential to grow into Tech Lead / Head of Engineering (ref:hirist.tech)
