Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. As an ISO 27001 Internal Auditor at ShieldByte Infosec, you will conduct implementation and internal audits to assess and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards. You will perform risk assessments, evaluate existing control frameworks, and develop and implement remediation plans. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for improving information security practices and assist in maintaining ISO 27001 certification.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards and framework
  • Experience conducting internal audits and risk assessments
  • Knowledge of information security best practices and controls
  • Good understanding of data privacy and protection regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret complex information
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor are preferred.
  • Experience in the field of cyber security or information security is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
