Designation: HR & Training Manager

Location: Tirur, Kerala

Salary: INR 35,000/- to 40,000/- per month

We are looking for a talented HR (Human Resources) Manager; a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization’s HR department. Their role includes strategic planning, policy development, and the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

HR Managers manage staff, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. HR Manager responsibilities include playing a critical role in talent acquisition, performance management, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.

·      Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

·      Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team.

·      Assign responsibilities and set performance goals.

·      Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

·      Develop and manage training and development programs.

·      Implement performance management and appraisal systems.

·      Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.

·      Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

·      Maintain HR policies and procedures.

·      Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.

Job Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

·      Proven experience in HR management or a similar role. 

·      Thorough understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements. 

·      Strong leadership and communication skills. 

·      Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

·      Good training & presentation skills
