About the RoleTheDirector, Web & Mobile Product Engineeringwill lead a large team (150+) in Pune to design, build, and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure web and mobile applications. This role requiresa blend of technical depth, product mindset, and strategic leadershipto ensure engineering outcomes align with business goals. The Director will define and drive theproduct roadmap , overseeend-to-end product lifecycle , implementDevSecOps and Agile best practices , and ensure high-quality, reliable delivery. A key part of the role includesbuilding and nurturing teams , collaborating with senior leadership, andshaping digital transformation initiativesMust-Have SkillsExperience : Around 20 years of overall experience in software product engineering. Leadership : Proven track record of managinglarge teams (50–100 employees)across engineering and testingTechnical Expertise : Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Microservices architecture, modern web/mobile technologies. DevSecOps and Agile deliveryProduct Engineering : Demonstrated success inscaling digital products and platformswith measurable business impact. This person will be leading team ofEngineering and Testing.Lifecycle Management : Strong knowledge ofAgile, Scrum, DevOps methodologiesand product lifecycle practices.Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and ability to engage with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.Team Building : Ability tobuild teams (preferred - from scratch ) develop leadership pipelines, and drive organizational development. )Good-to-Have (Preferred) Healthcare exposure– understanding US healthcare platforms, HIPAA compliance, data privacy, interoperability (HL7, FHIR). Digital/AI– familiarity with AI in digital products.
