Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Developer to join our team and provide support for our Data Governance project, with a focus on Collibra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Data Governance platform, contributing to the success of our data management initiatives. Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and experience with platforms like Reltio will be advantageous.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the Data Governance team to support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Collibra platform.

- Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues within the Data Governance

- environment, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.

- Assist in the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and workflows within the Collibra platform, in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Collibra with other data management systems and tools, such as MDM/Reltio platforms.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of data quality checks, validation rules, and workflows to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data assets.

- Participate in the testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and patches within the Collibra environment.

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Collibra usage, best practices, and data governance principles.

- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of the Collibra infrastructure.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Data Governance, Collibra, MDM, and related technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the Data Governance/Collibra environment.

Requirements :

- Proven experience (2-5 years) in operations support or development roles, preferably in the context of Data Governance or similar data management projects.

- Strong understanding of Data Governance principles, methodologies, and frameworks, with hands-on experience working with Collibra or equivalent Data Governance platforms.

- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and exposure to platforms like Reltio or similar MDM solutions.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience with automation tools for operational tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is a plus.

- Certification in Collibra or MDM platforms is desirable but not mandatory
