With rapid business expansion and a remarkable ₹200 Cr+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), the company is making its mark both in India and internationally.Role Description Manage and optimizeproduct listings, pricing, content, and imagesacross leading e-commerce platforms such asAmazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Snapdeal, JioMart, 1Mg, and thecompany website. Ensureaccurate inventory controlby monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment. Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and discount strategiesin collaboration with marketing teams to boost visibility and sales. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and competitor insightsto identify new growth opportunities and drive marketplace performance. Overseedaily e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns management, claims, and customer issue resolution. Continuouslyenhance product discoverability and conversion ratesthrough effective SEO, keyword optimization, and visual improvements. Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance departmentsto ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate payment reconciliation. Cultivate and maintainstrategic relationships with marketplace account managersto secure platform support and promotional opportunities. Prepare and deliverregular MIS and performance reportshighlighting sales, profitability, campaign effectiveness, and operational insightsQualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and ecommerce performance analysis Account Management and Sales skills for maintaining platform operations and achieving sales targets Team Management and Sales Management capabilities to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive revenue growth Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, marketing strategies, and related tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in the FMCG or Ayurvedic sector is a plus
