Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer with expertise in graphic and packaging design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, technical skills, and the ability to design solutions that are visually captivating, practical, and aligned with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging social media posts, email templates, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral to enhance brand communication.
  • Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing packaging designs, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and target audience.
  • Prepare die lines, mockups, and prototypes for packaging designs and collaborate with production teams for execution.
  • Work closely with clients, marketing, and branding teams to translate their needs into impactful creative solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in design, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure relevance and innovation.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in graphic and packaging design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to create designs catering to premium and luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with premium and luxury consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with packaging designs, printing processes and materials.
