About DoctusTech is a HealthTech SaaS company building cloud-based solutions for the US healthcare ecosystem. We are hiring a Lead QA to drive our testing strategy, automation frameworks, and healthcare product quality standards.
Role Overview :
Responsibilities :
- Build robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven).
- Perform functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Implement API automation (Postman, RestAssured) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis, risk management, and QA documentation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and instill QA best practices.
Required Skills :
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Hands-on in Selenium, Appium, API automation, CI/CD tools.
- Experience with SaaS/cloud-based applications.
- QA methodologies, testing life cycle, release management.
- Tools: JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Healthcare Expertise (Must-Have) :
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and compliance testing.
Nice-to-Have :
- Linux (basic commands, SSH, logs).
- Performance and security testing.
- Microservices knowledge.
