Business Intelligence (BI) Developer – MSBI & Power BI Location:Bengaluru Experience:6-8 years Employment Type:Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilledMSBI + Power BI Developerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withSQL Server ,SSIS (ETL) , andPower BIto design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintainETL processesusingSSISto integrate data from multiple sources. Createdata models ,dashboards , andreportsinPower BIthat deliver actionable insights. Write and optimizeSQL queries , stored procedures, and performance-tuning for large datasets. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting layers. Support and troubleshoot existing BI solutions and optimize performance where necessary. Stay updated on the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience withMSBI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)— primarilySSISfor ETL. AdvancedSQLskills, including query optimization and performance tuning. Proven experience inPower BI— data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report development. Good understanding ofdata warehousing conceptsandstar/snowflake schema . Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience withAzure Data Services(e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics). Knowledge ofPython ,R , or other data manipulation tools. Exposure toAgile/Scrummethodologies.
