Job Description :

We are seeking a Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, customization, and implementation of Teamcenter solutions for AI Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, with intermediate to advanced experience in customization, configuration, and data migration. The architect will work closely with technical teams, mentor junior staff, and lead project teams to deliver complex PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Implementation :

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Teamcenter solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.

- Provide intermediate-level ITK (Integrated Toolkit) and RAC (Rich Application Client) customization, ensuring solutions align with project goals.

- Oversee Teamcenter configuration, ensuring proper workflows, role setups, and system integrations.

Data Migration & ETL Toolset :

- Design and oversee data migration strategies for moving data into or out of Teamcenter environments.

- Leverage ETL toolsets to ensure the efficient transformation and migration of data while maintaining data quality and integrity.

Technical Development & Scripting :

- Architect custom solutions using C/C++, Java, and SQL scripts to extend the functionality of Teamcenter.

- Ensure all custom code adheres to best practices and integrates seamlessly with the Teamcenter platform.

Team Leadership & Mentoring :

- Provide technical leadership and direction to cross-functional teams involved in Teamcenter projects.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and engineers, providing technical advice and feedback.

- Lead project teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of Teamcenter solutions.

Collaboration & Facilitation :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust Teamcenter architectures.

- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making processes to align on technical and business solutions.

- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to resolve any issues and ensure project success.

Non-Technical Skills :

- Teamwork & Collaboration : Advanced ability to work in and lead teams, ensuring smooth cooperation across all functions.

- Mentoring & Leadership : Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams and leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects.

- Facilitation : Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and meetings to drive alignment on technical solutions.

- English Proficiency : Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Teamcenter solutions, with a strong architectural focus.

- Intermediate expertise in Teamcenter ITK and RAC customization, and configuration.

- Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and SQL scripting for complex customization tasks.

- Experience in data migration using ETL toolsets and managing Teamcenter export/import processes.

- Advanced skills in working in teams, with intermediate experience in mentoring and leading teams.

- Strong English communication skills, with experience in facilitating technical discussions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise-level PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environments.

- Prior experience in a leadership role in Teamcenter implementation projects.

- Knowledge of other PLM systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
