Our goal is to make everyday life healthier and more sustainable by setting new standards in water filtration.About the Role:We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations, ensure product quality, and lead the shop floor team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production, people management, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met. - Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards. - Manage and guide production staff on shift operations, work allocation, and discipline. - Coordinate with the quality, procurement, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow. - Maintain accurate production records and daily reports. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity. - Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies on the shop floor.Qualifications- Diploma or B.Tech, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field). - 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly setup. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Basic knowledge of production planning, quality checks, and machinery handling. - Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) and proficient in English. - Good communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
