We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team.

This role involves leading and managing a team of recruiters to meet organizational hiring goals, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring performance.

- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain talent.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the recruitment team.

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters effectively.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve hiring metrics.

- Experience in building an employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience
