Domain Expertise:Leverage yourthorough understanding of buy-side asset management operationsto guide project scope and execution. System Implementation:Provide hands-on support in setting up digital systems, designing key user journeys, and supporting project implementation across diverse teams. Compliance:Ensure all developed policies and transformation initiatives comply with the relevant regulatory framework. Stakeholder Management:Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills to align business stakeholders and drive consensus.What You'll BringExperience:Proven experience working with diversified business and technology teams on digital transformation initiatives. Industry Knowledge:Strong background inFintech ,Asset Management ,equities trading , andfixed income instruments . Technical Familiarity:Awareness of the following client environment technologies:MS SQL ,AWS , and.Net .
