The Analytics Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytical training,mentoring, and workshop sessions to diverse audiences across industries. The role involves designing advanced analytics learning content, supporting peer consultants, contributing to product documentation, and engaging with cross-functional teams to enhance training solutions. This position requires strong analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical applications for both scientific and business use cases. Primary Responsibilities Training Delivery • Deliver analytical courses, mentoring sessions, and workshops at training centers, customer locations, or via live web sessions. • Facilitate hands-on learning for participants across foundational to advanced analytical topics. Content Design G Development • Design, develop, and continuously enhance analytical training products and learning materials. • Conduct extensive research to identify, propose, and build new course topics related to advanced analytics techniques and their real-world applications. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prepare, update, and refine courseware and training documentation. Consulting G Support • Assist other analytical training consultants during workshop sessions, including support for advanced courses. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to sales, consulting, and other internal teams on analytical concepts, methodologies, and application scenarios. • Participate in special projects—both internal and customer-facing— independently or under the guidance of senior consultants or project leads. ProductG Process Improvement • Provide structured feedback to Research C Development teams regarding software quality issues and recommend enhancements to improve training and product experience. • Review, edit, and improve documentation for the division and cross functional teams as required. Continuous Learning G Skill Development • Continuously acquire and maintain subject matter expertise to map advanced analytical methods to specific scientific and business use cases. • Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in analytics, data science, and related domains. Required Ǫualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong understanding of analytical methods, statistical modeling, machine learning, or domain-specific applications. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in analytics is preferred. • Experience with SAS or similar analytics platforms is an advantage. Preferred Skills • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups. • Strong documentation and content development abilities. • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Consulting, or RCD. • Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-driven environment
