Job RoleThis role plays a central part in driving organizational priorities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across the business. This role will manage executive-level projects, align cross-functional teams and enhance decision-making by providing insights, data, and structured processes. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport the Leader in planning, prioritizing, and executing key strategic initiatives.Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and metrics.Track progress on company-wide Objective, strategic projects, and performance indicators.Conduct research and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, performance, and operational excellence.Operational & Administrative ManagementCoordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment on high-priority tasks and deadlines.Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports.Support the Leader in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and drafting minutes.Assist with special projects, research assignments, and strategic initiatives as requested by the Leader.Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison between the Leader and internal teams, senior leadership team, clients, and external partners.Build and maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the executive office.track and monitor action items and deliverables resulting from executive discussions.Required Experience:MBA from Tier 1 institutes with over 2 years of relevant experience.Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organizations.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.Experience supporting or working closely with senior leadership team.Track record of managing strategic projects, organizational planning and change management.Strong background in developing and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics Exceptional time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and solve problems proactively
