Position: Lead Architect

Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project land and context.
  • Prepare and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client vision.
  • Propose optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.
  • Act as a bridge between creative design intent and practical project delivery.


Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is a strong plus.
