The processes at the FCs arelargelymanual involving largenumbers of associates. One of the mostcriticalroles is that of aprocess associates who mentor/guide theassociatestowards ensuringmeeting the customer expectation byfollowing ourstandard workpractice keeping safety & quality inmind.Job Deliverables: · Daily Management of shift: o Administrative management of associates o Job allocation to associates o Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. o Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues · Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans · Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates · Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis · Stand-in for Area Manager. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience - high school diploma or equivalent - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Are 18 years of age or olderOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
