Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer to lead our project sites in Chennai. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about interior design who have a knack for leadership and project management. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of interior design projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and installation, to ensure smooth execution.

- Travel to project sites regularly to oversee progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Ensure all design work adheres to the latest interior design principles and construction methodologies.

- Read and interpret architectural plans, ensuring feasible designs align with client expectations.

- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.


Qualifications:

- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.

- A minimum of 3 years of interior design experience, focusing on luxury projects.

- Proven track record of managing interior design projects successfully.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent understanding of interior design principles, construction methodologies, and architectural plans.

- Ability to travel to project sites in Chennai and Pune as required.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
