As we scale our technology and compliance ecosystem, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-orientedIT Risk Managerwho will play apivotal rolein driving NMT’s internal security governance and shaping the automation of compliance frameworks as we grow.Role Overview TheIT Risk Managerwill be at the center of NMT’s security, compliance, and technology transformation journey. You’ll not only design and implement IT risk frameworks and audit processes — you’llcollaborate closely with the tech teamtoautomate compliance workflows ,predict regulatory trends , andembed governance into product architecture . This is ahigh-impact rolethat combinesrisk leadership, policy creation, and technology foresight , reporting directly to the leadership team and working alongside theFounder.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintainIT risk management and governance frameworksaligned with ISO 27001, RBI advisories, and the DPDP Act. Partner with thetechnology teamto identify opportunities forautomation of compliance and audit processesusing NMT’s own platform. Foresee and interpretemerging regulatory and security trends , preparing NMT for upcoming frameworks and standards. Driveaudit readinessfor certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and RBI inspections.Qualifications Bachelor's degreein Computer Science (Cybersecurity specialization). 2–5 yearsof experience inIT audit, risk management, or compliance , preferably withinbanking or financial services . Deep understanding ofinformation security frameworks and controls(ISO 27001, NIST, RBI, DPDP). Experience withGRC tools, automation workflows, or compliance analyticsis a strong plus.
