Job Overview We are seeking an experiencedSAP Specialist / HANA Consultantwith expertise inFinance (FICO)orLogistics (MM / SD / PP / EWM)to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead and supportSAP Specialist / HANA implementation and migration projects . Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs. SupportFinance processes(GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) or Logistics processes(Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing). Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Prepare functional specifications and system documentation. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of experience inSAP consulting with Specialist /HANA exposure . Strong functional knowledge inSAP FICO or SAP Logistics modules . Experience in at least oneend-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration . Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
