We leverage advanced actuarial, quantitative, and risk management expertise to deliver innovative solutions to global insurance and reinsurance clients.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Recruiter to support global hiring initiatives for our teams in the US, Canada, and Bermuda , focusing on sourcing high-quality candidates across Actuarial, Quantitative, Risk, and Finance domains.The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in international talent sourcing—capable of building strong pipelines for niche, high-caliber professionals in analytical and technical roles.Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and engage candidates for actuarial, quant, risk, and finance positions across US, Canada, and Bermuda. - Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and niche job boards to identify and approach qualified candidates. - Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and target profiles. - Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates in the applicant tracking system. - Coordinate interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. - Develop creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals. - Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing progress and market insights. - Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent intelligence.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. - 3–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international hiring (preferably North America). - Proven experience sourcing talent in actuarial, quant, risk, or finance domains is highly desirable . - Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. - Excellent communication and coordination skills across global time zones. - High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information. - Experience working in an InsurTech, Financial Services, or Consulting environment preferred.Why Join Us- Opportunity to work with a globally recognized InsurTech and ALM firm. - Exposure to niche, high-impact hiring across actuarial and financial domains. - Collaborative and dynamic work environment. - Competitive compensation and global career growth opportunities.
