Essential Duties and Key Competencies

• A Chemical Engineer with strong understanding of pharma / Biopharma manufacturing processes as mentioned below:

Biopharmaceutical industry

Pharma (API & Formulation) processes

• Document and detail the modelling requirement for the projects (Biopharma, API, formulation processes)

• Responsible for providing all Data driven and advanced modelling solutions and frameworks using python

• Provide solutions using heuristics, inductive and case-based reasoning for data-driven techniques • Derive and extracting the information such as pattern /deviation, control limits and various other insights from time-series dataset

• Data Imputation/ Mining/ Feature engineering/ Feature extraction/ Data Transformation and Manipulation on near- real time signals

• Applying various advanced inferential statistical layers to test the null hypothesis of the model using python, and estimating it’s performance using available metrics

• Devise the methodical (Practical) ways for implementing advanced multivariate optimization and complex non-linear Advanced ML techniques for feasible and stable solutions • Creating advanced interactive visualization/Dashboards using Python

• Responsible for delivering Advanced Analytics use cases for Specialty chemicals, pharma, and life-sciences industry

• Takes complex questions and develops and executes a plan to collect, explore, and analyse data to make business decisions

• Build and improve on Macros to make data processing and presentation more efficient

• Must have organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Good level of statistical knowledge/experience.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to present communication plans to customers

• Ability to query databases and perform statistical analysis; strong understanding of statistics and statistical theory

• Responsible for delivering Advanced Analytics use cases using Seeq and azure

• Collaborates with SMEs to develop procedures for collecting, recording, analysing, and communicating data for review and feedback

• Experienced with Minitab environment for MVA and QbD models for evaluating the design space • Extract analogical reasoning-based solutions from large volume of historical dataset and past outcomes

• Strong experience (Hands-on) on statistical/ Modelling/Coding tools like Python, Spyder, pycharm, jupyterlab, Matlab, R, SIMCA Online, SQL, Seeq, Azure, AWS, DataRobot, SoftAnalytics, Orange, Data-e, Azure, C++, java, AutomatedML, designer, S3Bucket, MLflow, Azure SDK
