IndiEuros is a premium admission concierge for UG/PG/MBBS, delivering white-glove support from profile mapping and SOPs to visa and post-landing. We are moving from founder-led to professionally managed, with Tier-2 expansion across Delhi-NCR, UP, and MP.

Why this role exists (outcomes)

- Revenue & Profitability: Own quarterly and annual revenue targets and deliver 12%+ EBITDA at scale.

- Channel Mix: Build a balanced acquisition engine across B2C, B2B, and Referrals (no single-channel dependence).

- Portfolio: Grow UG/PG/MBBS/Concierge under a service-fee + commission model with premium, tiered offerings.

Role Summary

The CBO is the commercial head and CEO-designate for growth: full ownership of strategy, P&L, pricing, partnerships, centres, brand, and data. You will design the revenue architecture, build teams and systems, and ensure a repeatable engine that scales while protecting IndiEuros' premium experience.

What you'll own

1) Strategy & P&L

- Full ownership of P&L, working capital, and balance sheet; deliver 12%+ EBITDA.

- Translate revenue plans into staffing, CAC, conversion, and cash; run monthly unit-economics and variance reviews.

2) Product & Pricing (Tiered)

- Operationalise Premium / Standard / Essential tiers (incl. MBBS bands) with clear contribution per product line.

- Maintain an optimal service-fee : commission blend; govern refunds and discounting.

3) Go-to-Market & Channels

- Build and manage a multi-channel engine to drive placements:

B2C: Digital (Google/Meta/YouTube/SEO), walk-in centres, events/webinars.

B2B: Schools/colleges, corporates, consultant network (revenue-share).

Referrals: Structured student/parent programs with low CAC and high trust.

- Hold channel owners to CAC, conversion, and quality gates.

4) Partnerships & Supply

- Onboard priority universities rapidly; secure competitive commissions and co-marketing/exclusive plays.

- Ensure portal integrations, counsellor enablement, and partner compliance; maximise partner yield.

5) Marketing & Brand

- Own performance marketing budget and narrative vs international/national/local competitors.

- Launch success-frameworks and real-time application tracking to reinforce premium positioning.

6) Customer Journey & Operations

- Standardise SOPs across counselling - applications - visa - post-landing; enforce SLAs and NPS.

- Scale documentation/visa/concierge backbone without eroding experience.

7) Centres & Geography

- Plan and operate centres (priority: Noida + Tier-2 towns) with satellite/virtual presence where viable.

- In metros (Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Pune), leverage events + consultant network until centre economics justify footprint.

8) People, Data & Tech

- Hire and develop high-performance teams; set OKRs and incentive plans.

- Deploy CRM (Leap / Zoro / HubSpot), dashboards, and mobile/app tracking; automate follow-ups and reporting.

- Establish weekly forecast and risk reviews; ensure clean data hygiene.

KPIs (weekly/monthly)

- Revenue vs plan | EBITDA % | Cash burn / runway

- Funnel by channel: Leads - Counselling - Applications - Offers - Visa - Enrolments

- CAC by channel | Contribution per student | Cycle time | Refund rate

- Partner count & yield | Centre P&L | NPS / SLA adherence

What we're looking for

Mandatory domain experience: 100% prior experience in Study Abroad / International Student Recruitment & Education Services (agency/consultancy, admissions/enrolment management, university partnerships). Applications without this specific industry experience will not be considered.

- MBA (IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR preferred) with 8-14 years owning P&L and scale-ups in education services/edtech/premium services.

- Proven leadership across GTM, pricing, partnerships, and multi-centre service operations.

- Deep working knowledge of international admissions (US/Canada/UK/Europe/Australia/UAE) and university partnership mechanics.

- Data-driven operator who builds teams, hits numbers, and improves systems-not just for the right leader: Fixed + Incentives / Revenue Share / Profit Share / ESOPs.
