Key Responsibilities :


  • Develop Static Linear and Nonlinear FEA models at component, subsystem and vehicle level for Strength and Durability.
  • Performing Linear, Nonlinear simulations from model building to report preparation.
  • Correlate FEA models with Test data.
  • Perform Fatigue Analysis.
  • Perform virtual DVPs for Topology, Topography, Size and Shape Optimization and DOE’s for Durability and Stiffness.
  • Transient Analysis in FEM Implicit domain and Multi body dynamics flex system
  • Perform Explicit Analysis for Crash/Impact/Drop simulations
  • Training the young engineers and improving the existing methodologies.
  • Developing new capabilities in weld fatigue, plastics, and Virtual Road Load Duty Cycle development.
  • Developing new tools to reduce the design and analysis time.


Ideal Candidate :


  • B.Tech / M.Tech/ M.S in Mechanical, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering
  • Over all 2 to 6 years of experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Durability Simulations.
  • Strong fundamentals in Strength of Materials, Theory of Machine and Dynamics.
  • Good understanding of Nonlinearities for Material, Contact, Geometric and Load nonlinearity.
  • Hands-on experience in Abaqus, Hypermesh, Hyperworks Optistruct,Ansys Mechanical, HyperStudy, Fatigue Solvers like nCode Design Life, FEMFAT.
  • Experience in Explicit Analysis tools like Radioss, LS-Dyna would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and innovation skills.
  • Tcl-tk, Python programming skills are an added advantage.
