Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Technology & Sales

The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, upselling where appropriate.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Assist with technical inquiries related to products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through technical processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with company offerings, industry trends, and technology updates.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
