The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, upselling where appropriate.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Assist with technical inquiries related to products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through technical processes.
- Stay up-to-date with company offerings, industry trends, and technology updates.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
