We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation.

Job Summary:

As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping the company's technology vision, driving innovation, and overseeing the development of our Computer Vision and AI-based products. You will lead a team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists to build scalable and robust AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, cloud computing, and software development, along with strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

Lead and manage the engineering and AI research teams to drive product innovation and development.

Oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable Computer Vision and AI solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with product, business, and sales teams to align technology roadmaps with market needs.

Ensure robust security, data privacy, and compliance measures in all technological implementations.

Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, technology vendors, and research organizations.

Mentor and grow the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and in media discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

15+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or Computer Vision, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of building and scaling AI-driven products and solutions.

Strong expertise in deep learning, neural networks, image processing, and related AI techniques.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge computing solutions.

Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, etc.

Strong knowledge of agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Comouter Vision, Robotics, AR/VR, or autonomous systems.

Understanding of hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs) for AI workloads.
