We are seeking an experienced and dedicatedOracle Middleware Developerto join our Middleware Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inOracle Fusion Middleware,SOA Suite,OSB,WebLogic, andOracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves managing and supporting 24/7 Middleware operations, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise integration environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Middleware infrastructure, handling incidents, improving operational efficiency through automation, and collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to support business-critical integrations.Key Responsibilities Manage and support day-to-dayMiddleware infrastructure operationsto ensure high availability and performance. Provide24/7 operational supportfor Oracle Middleware environments hosted onOracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve system-level issues in SOA, OSB, and WebLogic environments. Coordinatetechnology deployments and delivery schedulesto align with business priorities. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and database teams for end-to-end integration management. Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline monitoring, deployment, and maintenance processes. Participate inprocess improvement initiativesto enhance Middleware efficiency and reliability. Providecross-functional trainingand share knowledge within the Middleware team. Engage with business partners and vendors to plan and implement Middleware strategies. Ensure compliance with internal standards, operational procedures, and IT security policies.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of10+ years of experienceinOracle Fusion Middleware technologies, includingSOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic. At least5+ years of hands-on experiencewithOracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Proven experience inmanaging Middleware infrastructure and operationsin enterprise environments. Strong understanding oftechnology operations, business processes, and integration frameworks. Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, andtroubleshootingskills. High focus onservice quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Preferred Qualifications Experience withautomation toolsand scripting for process improvement. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools. Knowledge ofcloud-based integrationsand API management platforms.
