About Position:We are Looking for Senior Developer who has strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven basics)- Role: Senior Developer - Location: Bangalore - Experience: 7+ Years - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for application development. - Integrate PowerApps with various data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, and third-party APIs. - Build and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to solve business challenges and enhance productivity. - Train end-users on application functionalities and provide technical support as needed. - Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing applications. - Work closely with our external partners’ data engineers, database administrators, and IT teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and security. - Support end users by providing training and ongoing technical assistance for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint tools. - Perform data analysis, cleansing, and transformation from various sources to ensure data quality and reliability. - Document all development processes, including coding practices and user instructions. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to recommend enhancements Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Expertise You'll Bring:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in Power Apps development, including DAX queries, Power Query, data modeling, and custom visuals. - Strong proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. - Extensive experience with Power Automate to design and implement automated workflows. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps. - Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data. - Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders - Microsoft PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500 (RPA), or PL-600 certifications will be preferredBenefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent Ltd. is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
