Description : Are you a passionate professional with expertise in MSD 365 CRM Customer Engagement Functional Consultant? Do you have a proven track record of leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field ServiceAs a Dynamics 365 candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)What We're Looking For : We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.Job Description : - Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 functional Consultant.- Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).- Configure the Dynamics 365 platform : entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, etc.- Conduct fit-gap analysis and assist in solution design workshops with stakeholders.- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.- 4+Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365- Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules : Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field ServicePreferred Qualifications :- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Experience with data migration and integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or Azure Logic Apps.- Familiarity with Dynamics 365- Understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
