Handle end-to-end accounting for international subsidiaries in the US, Singapore, Israel, and other regionsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with consolidated reportingEnsure compliance with IFRS, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and local GAAP for each subsidiaryManage foreign currency transactions, including FX gain/loss tracking, hedging support, and currency conversion complianceMonitor intercompany transactions, eliminations, and transfer pricing documentationCoordinate with external auditors (domestic and international) for statutory and internal auditsLead regulatory filings: FEMA, FCGPR, ECB, BEPS, and other RBI/SEZ-related filingsSupport budgeting, cost controls, and profitability analysis of global projectsCollaborate with business teams and legal counsel for export documentation and SCOMET compliance from a finance perspectiveWork with the leadership team on investor reporting, fund utilization, and strategic finance initiatives🧾 Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experienceMinimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing finance operations for international subsidiariesStrong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, and international compliance normsProficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or any cloud-based ERP systems; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plusExcellent understanding of India export compliance, including DGFT and SCOMET reportingStrong communication and analytical skills, ability to work with cross-border teamsExperience in the defense manufacturing or export sector will be a strong advantage
