You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing architectural guidance, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-performance applications across client engagements.Key Responsibilities Lead design, build, and configuration ofSAP BRIM – Convergent Charging (CC)solutions to meet evolving business and technical requirements. Serve asSMEfor Convergent Charging, guiding solution strategy and execution across multiple project teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions. Manage and mentor a technical team; review code, ensure adherence to quality and performance standards. Drive solutioning decisions and provide input to technical architecture and best practices. Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous improvement. Stay updated on SAP BRIM and Convergent Mediation (CM) innovations, sharing insights to enhance delivery capability. Must-Have Qualifications 12+ years of total experiencein SAP development with at least8 years focused on SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC)andConvergent Mediation (CM) . Strong understanding ofSAP BRIM architecture , rating & charging models, and mediation processes. Hands-on experience with configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting within SAP CC/CM environments. Solid grasp ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)and Agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions in large-scale SAP engagements.Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure toSAP Subscription Billing, Convergent Invoicing (CI) , andSAP S/4HANA integration . Experience in performance optimization, load testing, or automation frameworks. SAP BRIM certification(s) preferred.
