The Role

AYOO Care is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and personalized treatment plans for individuals across all age groups, as well as families. As a key contributor, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our services to ensure AYOO Care remains a leader in customer-centric mental healthcare.

You will actively participate in raising mental health awareness through video and written content, representing AYOO Care in public initiatives. Your insights will help refine our methodologies, enhancing client care and experience. 

Working collaboratively with other departments and healthcare providers, you will foster a holistic approach to client support, ensuring seamless coordination and comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for individuals and families.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' mental health needs.
  • Contribute to mental health awareness initiatives through creating video and written content for AYOO Care.
  • Provide feedback to refine clinical approaches and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Train and onboard new psychologists and therapists, ensuring high standards of care across the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare providers to deliver integrated, holistic care.
  • Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them in addressing clients' diverse needs.

Requirements

  • Education: MPhil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing clinical psychologist.
  • Licensure: Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) license to practice.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Hindi required; conversational proficiency in Kannada highly desirable.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience in psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments for mental health conditions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, start-up environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with multidisciplinary teams.
