Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary English Teacher to handle Grades 3, 4, and 5 . The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language , a passion for teaching, and expertise in phonics, grammar, creative writing, and spoken English .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English Language & Literature for Grades 3, 4, and 5 as per the CBSE curriculum .
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Incorporate phonics, storytelling, creative writing, and grammar activities to make learning interactive and effective.
  • Encourage spoken English through role-playing, debates, and discussions.
  • Use innovative teaching methodologies , including technology integration, visual aids, and hands-on activities.
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to track student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures students' confidence and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to enhance the English language program .
  • Organize literary activities, storytelling sessions, reading clubs, and English-related competitions .
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: B.A./M.A. in English with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching English at the primary level (CBSE experience preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong phonics knowledge and ability to teach foundational English concepts.
  • Expertise in grammar, creative writing, and spoken English training .
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for engaging young learners with interactive and activity-based teaching .
