Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing, analytically strong professional to join the MD's Office. This is a high-visibility, fast paced high-impact role designed for someone eager to work on strategic projects, drive business insights, and support critical decision-making at the executive level. You will work closely with the India MD and senior leadership to analyze business trends, manage cross-functional projects, and monitor the execution of strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and improve monitoring of strategic initiatives that are mission critical.

- Serve as a force multiplier for the entire senior leadership.

- Act as an internal consultant - unblock key projects which are stuck or under resourced.

- Support annual planning, fundraising and other key activities.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry deep dives to inform decision making.

- Identify risks and opportunities across the business through data analysis and stakeholder Graduate from Tier 1 institutes (MBA or PGDM is a plus but not mandatory).

- 2-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or a fast-paced startup environment.

- Tool-savvy - Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create clear, compelling presentations.

- Start up DNA - Highly structured thinker, hyper adaptive to ambiguous situations.

- Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
