The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- To effectively manage the business in the concerned region and achieving the sales objectives
- To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team.
- To plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc.
- To ensure coordination and relationship management with distributors, customers, as well as other departments.
- To continuously gain and update category and channel expertise.
- To coordinate with Supply Chain and Stock Control activities
- To ensure that sales systems and processes are in place and being used effectively.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge and understanding of food industry – HORECA & QSR.

Qualifications
Educational Level Graduation: Any specialization
Post-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
Working Experience Must have: 12+ years of sales experience in a FMCG company preferably from food services.
