About the Role - Sales Head- Operations who handles day to day activities ranging from business development, customer relationship, team nurturing leader, handling escalations and becoming a key link between all the department


Responsibilities


  • Establish and nurture key relationships with major B2C & B2B clients & partners.
  • Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and reports to track performance against targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and other departments to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Provide high-level client support for end-users, responding promptly to inquiries and technical problems.


Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behaviour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
